It takes a lot of confidence to put the word “perfect” in your company’s name. But that’s just what the Keith family did when they created Perfect Bar, a natural food company inspired by their father’s passion for a healthy lifestyle. The company’s products are sold in stores all over the country, most notably Whole Foods, and focus on packing each bar with vitamins and nutrients through real foods such as kale, spinach, and celery – not additives. Perfect Bar has been taking the health food industry by storm, most recently being awarded with top honors in Yahoo’s “Best Protein Bar That’s Actually Good For You” list. With its recent surge in popularity, the company needed to upgrade their office space and called on Burger Construction to guide them through the process.
Their space in Sorrento Valley will contain some pretty unique features. Designed by L7 Architects, the high-end office space will include open concept workspaces and private huddle rooms to complement the company’s natural, environmentally-conscious values.
“This new office space is just one of the many San Diego-based companies that Burger is fortunate enough to work with,” Patrick Willette said. “The neat thing about Perfect Bar is that not only is the company based in San Diego, but all of its bars are manufactured here too. It’s always great to work with local companies, but Perfect Bar has created so many different types of jobs in our community, from marketing to manufacturing, to shipping. It’s definitely one of the most fully locally-based clients we’ve worked with.”
As a company that was founded in San Diego over 25 years ago, and strives to embody the laid-back “work hard, play hard” lifestyle, Burger Construction is honored to work with such a locally-focused up-and-coming family company.
