The BioAtla project was a 45,000sf buildout that included both office and lab components.  The office portion included creative open ceiling design, conference rooms, break areas, and private offices.  The lab portion included cleanable surfaces throughout, casework, fume hoods, and dedicated power for various lab equipment.
