UCSD Via Tazon was a tenant improvement project that entailed the buildout of a medical office for uses of primary care, imaging, x-ray, pharmacy services, and procedures. Highlights of the buildout include exam rooms, procedure rooms, X-ray and imaging rooms with lead walls and doors, check-in kiosks, and a secured waiting area. Additional shell upgrades include structural reinforcements, exterior painting, and hardscape.
