This project required a large manufacturing component with an extensive electrical and HVAC system that is supported from the roof structure. In addition, the Silikal flooring system required a significant amount of preparation and finish. Our team laid out a phasing plan in order to complete the MEP / unistrut sections in sequence which resulted in an accelerated schedule and early completion without damaging the new Silikal floor. We were able to identify cost savings in the electrical and HVAC suspension system which allowed the client to conduct equipment tests earlier than anticipated. This also created flexibility in adjusting their manufacturing equipment for quick and affordable re-configurations.
