CUE Health exists to diagnose illnesses such as the flu or COVID19 through its medical devices. CUE Waples is a 65,000sf heavy lab buildout to accommodate 10 modular clean rooms. Burger retrofitted the aging tilt up by bringing additional power and gas to the building, adding an equipment yard, significant roof top equipment that required structural upgrades, and shell improvements such as re-stuccoing the building. Tenant improvements included MEP upgrades and infrastructure, dry rooms, cold rooms, epoxy flooring, cleanable finishes installation, and coordinating with complex and precise client vendors and equipment. CUE Vista is a 197,000sf facility that Burger fast tracked to get (6) clean rooms into production in weeks’ time. Construction at CUE Vista & Waples is ongoing.
