Re-investment, Re-image, Re-position, call it what you want, San Diego is filled with buildings that are waiting to be renovated to current market standards. On this project, Burger and RAF Pacifica Group teamed up to transform an aging life science building into an environment that provides the essentials of a creative office center: open ceilings, polished concrete, modern stair features, outdoor collaboration and dining areas, bocce ball court, cut-in mezzanines, extensive glazing, roll up doors, and new drought tolerant landscape.  We love doing these projects because rather than using up more of San Diego's precious land, we are able to create a new environment that inspires additional surrounding re-development and brings higher paying careers to the area. Out with the old, in with the new.
