UCSD Bankers Hill was a 20,000sf tenant improvement that entailed the buildout of medical office for uses of primary care, imaging, x-ray, cardiovascular, and procedures. Highlights of the buildout include exam rooms, new roof top mechanical units, new MEP infrastructure, and a secured waiting area. The project spanned (3) floors.
