UCSD Eastlake was a tenant improvement project to demolish an existing suite and buildout a new primary care clinic. Highlights of the buildout include new MEP's, exam rooms, procedure rooms, x-ray rooms, and a secured waiting area. The project was completed on a 12-week schedule.
