Burger Construction has completed dozens of speculative suites for Irvine Company over the years. Gensler designed this speculative project to have all the bells and whistles of a "creative office": open ceiling, polished concrete, open work areas, full kitchen, private offices with full height glass, dry erase paint walls, and huddle rooms. The space was leased shortly after the build out was completed.
